Wake up early on weekends- I know it may be tempting, especially during winter to stay in bed till 11 or 12 in the afternoon, but believe me, waking up early will keep you energized throughout your day!
The biggest mistake you can make is taking your phone the first thing in the morning. Instead, start your day with some meditation or yoga and you can just breathe in the fresh morning air after throwing all the windows open.
Try going for a late night or early morning stroll alone, or with a friend. Trust me, you won't regret it!
